One Killed One Hospitalized In Latest Double Shooting In Baltimore, Police Say

Police in Baltimore were busy on Wednesday morning as they investigate a double shooting that left one man dead.

Shortly after 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 13, officers were flagged down by an 18-year-old man who reported that he had been shot and needed to be treated.

He was taken by paramedics to an area hospital for evaluation of a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and is expected to survive.

While investigating in the area, officers then came upon a 33-year-old man in the 400 block of North Montford Avenue who had been shot multiple times.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders.

A second shooting was also reported on Wednesday morning at around 11:30 a.m., when a 19-year-old man was shot inside a home in the 1300 block of West 37th Street.

No information about possible shooters or motives has been released by the Baltimore Police Department.
